DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping Policy

How destinations, charges, fulfilment, delivery estimates, and shipping issues are handled for your order.

Last updated: August 8, 2026

1. Available destinations

Countries currently available for delivery appear in the shipping-country selector at checkout. This list is managed operationally and can change when carrier service, restrictions, or costs change. A country listed elsewhere on the site is not available unless it can be selected during checkout.

2. Shipping rates and tax

The shipping rate for your destination is calculated in IQD after country selection and shown before payment. Country-specific tax rules take priority over the store's general tax rate. The checkout summary clearly separates product subtotal, shipping, tax, and final total.

3. Processing

Orders enter fulfilment only after payment is confirmed. Because the Dexter Box is handcrafted, preparation time can vary. An estimated dispatch window will be communicated with the order confirmation or support update. Weekends, public holidays, high demand, and quality checks may extend preparation.

4. Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, the tracking reference will be associated with the order. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. A shipment can be delayed by customs, weather, security review, remote-area handling, or other events outside reasonable control.

5. Address responsibility

Provide a complete deliverable address, postal code, phone number, and email. Contact support immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch, and additional carrier costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where lawful.

6. Customs and import charges

International orders may be assessed customs duty, import VAT, brokerage, or local processing charges that are not part of checkout tax. Unless expressly shown as collected, those charges are the recipient's responsibility. Refusal to pay import charges may result in return costs being deducted where law permits.

7. Damage, loss, or missing items

Inspect the parcel promptly. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost, contact support with the order number, packaging photographs, item photographs, and relevant tracking details as soon as reasonably possible. Keep all packaging while the carrier claim is reviewed.

8. Returns to sender

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or unpaid import charge, we will contact you after it is received. Reshipment may require a new shipping payment. Any refund will be handled according to applicable law and may exclude unrecoverable carrier costs where permitted.
