1. Ordering eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract and provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. Products are decorative collector pieces and are not intended for children.
2. Product information
We describe products and included components as accurately as reasonably possible. Handcrafted construction may produce minor variations that do not affect intended use. Decorative slides use simulated pigment only and contain no real blood. Products are not represented as officially licensed unless expressly stated.
3. Pricing and currency
The authoritative selling price, shipping charge, tax, and payment total are calculated in Iraqi Dinars (IQD). Any US Dollar amount shown is an informational conversion using the fixed store rate of 1 USD = 1,320 IQD. Your payment provider or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate or fees.
4. Order acceptance
Submitting payment is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after the payment provider confirms payment and we confirm that the item can be fulfilled. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, invalid information, stock error, pricing error, legal restriction, or an unavailable destination. If a captured payment must be cancelled, the appropriate refund process will be initiated.
5. Payment
Wayl processes hosted checkout. We do not treat a return to this website as proof of payment; payment status is confirmed through the provider's verified server notification. You are responsible for using an authorized payment method and for any issuer charges.
6. Shipping, tax, and import charges
Configured shipping and tax are calculated after you select a country and are shown before payment. Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Customs duties, brokerage, import VAT, or similar charges not collected at checkout remain the recipient's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Cancellations and returns
Contact support promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. A request cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins. Return or refund rights required by applicable consumer law remain unaffected. Personalized, damaged-through-misuse, or incomplete returns may be subject to lawful limitations.
8. Liability
Nothing in these conditions limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer protections. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, payment-provider interruption, incorrect customer-provided delivery details, or delay outside reasonable control.
9. Governing rules
These conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the merchant's registered place of business, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. We will first try to resolve disputes directly and in good faith.
